This is Leo the Red Galaxy Ranger.  His weapon is the Magna Talon and his
Zord is the Lion Galactazord.

Leo stowed away on Terra Venture as a chance to see outerspace and a new
experience.  He is somewhat of a wild child, but a natural born leader.  His
destiny was to become the Red Ranger.
